Additional Delivery Information

Import Duty : We ship to above listed countries only. The recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. Avalia Couture cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty. Failure to pay for duties and in the event that the products are returned back to our office due to this reason will result in a refund with a deduction of the cost of shipping the goods back to us including any charges we are levied with. In this event we shall also deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.

Late Deliveries : We aim to deliver items within 6 working days to international addresses. Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons. If you feel your package is late, please contact us at Sales@AvaliaCouture.co.uk Occasionally goods may be subject to delays due to customs. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. If your item has left our warehouse and you feel it's severely overdue, please email us at Sales@AvaliaCouture.co.uk including your order number in the email.

Customs : There may be specific demands made by Customs or your parcel may be held for checks, dependent on the country of export – unfortunately this is out of our control and we cannot be held accountable for delays. You will find known Customs demands below


Cancelling Orders

There are varying time limits in which you cancel your order depending on what country you have selected to be dispatched to.

For UK Next Day Delivery orders, we request that any cancellations are made no more than 15 minutes after the order is placed.

For European & International orders, we request that cancellations are made no more than 30 minutes after the order is placed. 

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact us at Sales@AvaliaCouture.co.uk as soon as possible after placing the order. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us at Sales@AvaliaCouture.co.uk for further instructions.


Returns Information


We offer a free and easy returns service to anyone in the UK.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

 To return an item, you simply: 

  1. Repackage the item in the original box and packaging
  2. (you can email sales@AvaliaCouture.co.uk (if you don't have a label)
  3. Take your parcel to any Post Office counter and keep the receipt of postage, it is essential that proof of postage is obtained and kept.
  4. You MUST put a note inside with your name, address and order number, and write what you would like (Refund, different size...)
  5. You can only use ONE return label per order.

 Please allow up to 7 working days for the return to be processed.



You can return any items back to us within 14 days of receiving your parcel as long as the shoes are in their original and unused condition.

Unfortunately, the return will be at your own cost, however, the good news is that we can send out an alternative size/style for free. 

Or, we can offer a full refund on the total amount.
